My name is Thaddius.

I am married to my beautiful wife Sarah. I am a Mentor. I was a youth worker for 4 years and I understand the importance of both the large and small group. I have experienced much in life that has brought awesomeness and tragedy. The victory in sports and the pain of a family ripped apart by divorce. I watched as my kid brother became the fastest athlete I knew to a teenager eager to hit the "Self-Destruct Button."

I have been coaching High School Baseball for 8 years and have seen a large increase in personal coaching with the goal of playing for a college. How much more important is a coach that can help with the curveballs life throws at them? How important is their swing at the plate if they have made no financial plans and their G.P.A. is well under what is required?

When you look at yourself, what do you see? What do you feel? What do you want? Why? If you had someone to bump heads with to find some answers, would you? Give them what they need, a vent, an outlet for the frustration of not knowing who they are. Why can't today's top story be that of an athlete selling out to intergrity, honor, and humility? What are we asking them to be?

Have you ever said this? "Man these kids today." Well you were right. These kids today are sold a false reality and need to be guided back to a tangible world of love and forgiveness. I understand the distance between adults and this generation and I'm not afraid to go to that unique place to reconnect a father/mother to their son.

This is my goal: "I want to teach and guide young men to reach beyond the Nike commercial and see a new goal for their life, one of wholeness and self-owned responsibility."
