- To create a "Plug-and-play program to plug into an existing Youth ministry or help develop a Youth ministry from scratch
- Equip, prepare and ignite youth for YOUR ministry, YOUR church, YOUR family, YOUR business,
- Equip, prepare and ignite youth for YOUR ministry, YOUR church, YOUR family, YOUR business,
- Become Stewardship Partners acting as a feeder program for YOUR Ministry
- 250-500 youth complete the MY Mentee program with a clearly defined and actionable purpose for their Christian life.
- 125-250 youth trained and launched as mentors in YOUR ministry, YOUR church, YOUR family, YOUR business
- 2 “Mega” events in 2009 that attract 10,000 Youth and expose them to reality that God is in control of their life and He will use their unique abilities and experiences to fulfill the great commission.

| A. Complete a Christ-centered, powerful process where Youth discover:
Their unique talents , gifts, abilities and spiritual DNA
The power of forgiveness
Their biblically based financial responsibilities and accountability
God's grace
Tools to build relationships at home the way Christ intended when He died on the cross
| B. Application:
Develop a Customized Action Plan that corresponds to the Mentee’s Spiritual DNA:
Follow the MY MAP process with input from spirit filled speakers, worship leaders and Mpowered youthTM. Youth will discover and integrate their customized MY DNA Profile™ including:
How to use my uniqueness to serve the Lord and others
How to “walk the talk” of being a Jesus lover
How to mend broken hearts and foster positive and holy relationships with family, friends and everyone God places in my life
Time with MY mentor
| C. Expected Outcomes:
Each mentee will DISCOVER and APPLY the (3) critical action items:
Their God-given purpose in life
Unique ability that no one else has
How to best use their gifts and talents to honor the Lord and love people
We believe that conferences and one-on-one mentorship are the “rock” upon which Christ builds spiritual Character that is through relationships, not in isolation. The conference and mentee process ignites youth for service in their families, churches, ministries, schools, athletic programs and community activities.

| At the completion of the weekend event and the 6-week program all enter into a celebration event where mentees and mentors will share their testimony with parents, community leaders, peers, pastors and supporters.

| Young people who have completed the MY training program have a clear purpose for their Christian life
They are equipped to disciple others starting with their own families
MY graduates are ready for missions and/or wherever the Lord is placing them in their life.
They realize that God is in control of their lives and will use their unique abilities, experiences and “new skills” to further His Kingdom
They won’t have to say if “if I only knew then what I know now”
